Biography
Dr. Leonardo Carbiner, Graduated in 2005 at Karolinska institute’s university education in odontology (KI). During his education, he briefly conducted research on implant surface modification with lasers and followed up case files of zygoma implants and their success rates at Huddinge hospital in Stockholm. During his first two years of practice, he sought out the leading cosmetic dentists in the field and learned smile design and cosmetic treatment modalities from Ash Parmar and Rahul Doshi. Soon after he incorporated aligner-based orthodontics into his practice in 2007. He furthered his skills in restorative and prosthetic dentistry and had further education in implantology with perio-implant Europe in 2010 under the guidance of Dr. Nadeem Zafar and his team. After ten years running his own dental practice, he now works as a locum dentist and facial aesthetics practitioner in Scotland, Edinburgh.
